Core Responsible Gaming Guidelines
Set a Strict Spending Limit
Decide a weekly or monthly budget in advance that you can afford for entertainment. Never exceed this budget regardless of short-term outcomes.
Control Your Playing Time
Do not spend long continuous hours glued to your screen. Take regular breaks and balance your digital gaming with everyday life and family time.
Focus on Entertainment
Treat online prediction games as casual leisure, not as a guaranteed source of income, salary replacement, or investment opportunity.
Avoid Chasing Losses
Never escalate your entry amount rashly in an emotional attempt to recover previous losses. Stick calmly to disciplined staking formulas.
Protect Your Account Credentials
Never share your password, PIN or OTP with anyone. DmFirst support staff will never ask for your private banking OTP.
